Delivery
Free Tracked UK Delivery
Every FRORE order is dispatched with free tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value and no hidden charges at checkout.

Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the following working day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
International Orders
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is in development. To be notified when it becomes available, contact us at froreuk@outlook.com and we will add you to the list.
Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your FRORE Cryo Wand. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
How to Arrange a Return
- Email froreuk@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- We will reply within 24 hours with full return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original presentation vault
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us at froreuk@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement to be sent at no cost to you.
