What is the FRORE Cryo Wand?
The FRORE Cryo Wand is a professional-grade cryotherapy facial tool forged from solid surgical grade 304 stainless steel. It is designed to hold sub-zero temperature for up to 30 minutes, allowing you to depuff, sculpt and reset your skin at home with the same precision used in professional facial treatments.
What is it made from?
Solid surgical grade 304 stainless steel. The same material used in precision medical instruments. It contains no plastic components, no hollow chambers and no synthetic coatings.
How long does it stay cold?
Up to 30 full minutes from the freezer, or 20 minutes from the fridge. This is significantly longer than plastic ice rollers or hollow glass globes, which typically lose temperature within 60 to 90 seconds.
Is it safe for all skin types?
Yes. The FRORE Cryo Wand is dermatologist safe and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and reactive skin. Always glide the wand gently across the skin. Do not press hard or hold in a single spot for an extended period.
What are the differences between the colour variants?
Liquid Platinum, Champagne Gold and Aube Gold are purely aesthetic finishes. The material, performance, weight and dimensions are identical across all three variants.
What comes in the box?
Your FRORE Cryo Wand arrives in a signature presentation vault with a care card detailing usage instructions and maintenance guidance.
Using FRORE
How do I use the Cryo Wand?
- Place your wand in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes, or in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Cleanse your face and apply your usual serum, facial oil or moisturiser
- Glide the wand upward and outward across your face, neck and décolletage
- Continue for 3 to 5 minutes, morning or evening
- Rinse the wand and return it to the fridge between uses
Can I use it with my existing skincare products?
Yes. The FRORE Cryo Wand works best applied over your existing serum, facial oil or moisturiser. The cold assists absorption by temporarily tightening the skin and encouraging deeper penetration of active ingredients.
How soon will I see results?
Most customers notice immediate depuffing, reduced redness and a brighter complexion from their first use. For firming, sculpting and sustained pore reduction, consistent daily use over one to two weeks delivers the most noticeable results.
How do I clean it?
Rinse with warm water and a small amount of gentle facial cleanser after each use. Dry thoroughly before returning to the fridge or freezer.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free tracked UK delivery is included on every order, with no minimum spend required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the following working day. Standard tracked delivery arrives within 2 to 4 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at froreuk@outlook.com with your order number and we will arrange your return promptly.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at froreuk@outlook.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
