Refund policy
FRORE offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all orders.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original presentation vault, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, email froreuk@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
For US, Canadian, Australian, and EU customers: return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued in GBP. Any currency conversion differences are outside our control.
